Humanitarian aid from the Czech Republic
The Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants of the NAS of Ukraine has just received humanitarian aid. Three diesel power generators, two mobile and one stationary, with a capacity of 60 kW, were delivered from the Czech Republic.
The equipment is extremely necessary for the uninterrupted performance of research in the field of NPP power units decommissioning, the Shelter object transformation into an ecologically safe system, the operation of research laboratories for monitoring the Shelter object fuel-containing materials state, and regular monitoring of changes in the state of nuclear hazardous accumulations of fuel-containing materials.
Power generators will come in handy during operational information processing, operational response for the safe operation of the NPP, personnel safety and ecological safety of the environment.
