Head of department Pavlovskyi Leonid Inokentiyovych In 1985, Leonid Inokenteyevich Pavlovskyi graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Polytechnic Institute (Moscow) with a degree in “Nuclear Power Plants and Installations”.
