Competition of scientific projects “Atomic innovators”
The public organization “Ukrainian Nuclear Society” announces the start of the “Atomic Innovators” competition for scientific projects in the field of nuclear science, atomic energy and industry.
The task of the competition is to support young scientists, students, graduate students and specialists of nuclear enterprises, increase their motivation to create innovative solutions, developments, approaches that will contribute to the development of nuclear energy in Ukraine, improve the efficiency of production processes, safe operation of nuclear facilities, and also have impact on the development of nuclear science and technology.
The organizers of the competition are the Ukrainian Nuclear Society and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, in particular: the Council of Young Scientists at the Department of Physical and Technical Problems of Power Engineering of the NAS of Ukraine and the Council of Young Scientists at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Power Engineering of the NAS of Ukraine.
The organizers invite to participate young scientists, students, graduate students and employees of nuclear industry enterprises, who want to share their project or research, find like-minded people and get support in its implementation, exchange ideas and experience with leading experts in the field and are ready to present original works in two nominations:
- Scientific research.
- Applied development.
The projects will be reviewed and evaluated by specialists of leading state and private enterprises of the nuclear power industry of Ukraine, leading scientists of the NAS of Ukraine and specialized scientific institutions.
The winners of the competition in each of the nominations will receive cash prizes, as well as support in the further implementation and scaling of their own project.
