Visit of American Colleagues
З 6 по 8 березня цього року відбувся візит представників Фонду чистого майбутнього (США) до Інституту проблем безпеки АЕС. Перший день візиту пройшов у Чорнобильській зоні відчуження, під час якого представники Фонду відвідали Чорнобильську АЕС, ДСП «Екоцентр» та Інститут проблем безпеки АЕС.
Під час візиту до ІПБ АЕС науковий керівник Фонду від Інституту Берклі (США) Джейк Гекла передав допомогу у вигляді персональних дозиметрів та зонду SmartCАМ для безперервного контролю повітря. Пристрій SmartCAM використовує найсучаснішу технологію аналізу спектральних вимірювань в режимі реального часу, що забезпечує реальний прогрес у методах вимірювання альфа-випромінювання.
In Slavutych, representatives of the Chornobyl NPP organized a tour of the city and a tour of the Local History Museum of Slavutych for their American colleagues. After that, a working meeting was held regarding the organization and holding of the INUDECO 2023 conference, in which, by the way, Jake Hecla has already participated several times.
Ideas and further plans for joint research were also discussed at the meeting.
